As it came up in practically every KREISSAAL-round:
In so-called child education, there is a lack of fundamental awareness of what a child’s core talent is.
What does each child bring to the world in its own way, with its genealogical and cosmic background? It is her/his ability to say YES or NO, her/his ability to shape his own life, in short, it is her/his creativity and her/his love that make him above all capable of living and living together.
Nevertheless, in all schools, even in the kindergartens in Austria, emphasis is placed on other things, and the creative, individual expression of the child is compared and judged from the outset – that is, the child is prepared for its life as part of a competitive society.
Thus, almost all of them forget in a flash that they actually brought everything for their own, self-responsible and shaped life, and mostly become another relatively frustrated cog in the wheel of a sick system.
PIPPIFINN (a combination of Pippi Longstocking and Huckleberry Finn) would like to respond to this misery and become a children’s creativity center. Or, we could also say, in a certain way, a children’s university.
The manifesto written in German here on the left says the following:

Basic thoughts for a children’s art center open to all children,
for the creative accompaniment, deepening and spreading of being a child in and of itself.
EVERY CHILD IS BORN AS A GENIUS.
The center of his consciousness is the vast, wonderful, deep silence from which even everything springs. And the first thing is
the most important thing that the child brings with him: his imagination in a squeaky-clean presence and openness – as a wonderfully curious
a grandiosely thirsty for knowledge and brilliantly adaptive human being! The possibilities slumbering in a child
are the most fantastic and fascinating of all creation!
EVERY CHILD IS A PUPIL AND A TEACHER AT THE SAME TIME.
And so the child also “knows” about the secret that giving and receiving are in truth one. It senses quite
intuitively whether his teacher is actually a colleague in spirit or a bossy nag. There where the
fragile, pleasurable and tingling balance of the relationship is interactive, the child loves to play and learns best.
The Pipifinn spaceship is aware of this, and never stops learning and playing!
EVERY CHILD HAS THE RIGHT TO BE HAPPY.
And therefore, in order to give the child an exemplary space to discover, explore and investigate his or her
incredible talent, the Pippifinn spaceship will land! The greatest happiness of a child is the
Happiness of simply being allowed to be her/himselve. It is always true, genuine and innocent. His greatest talent is the
Happiness, which allows him to develop. There are no untalented children, but too many children with bad luck.
EVERY CHILD IS AS JOYFUL, AS FREE, AS NAUGHTY.
The child is as deep and rich in compassion, kindness and generosity. It knows no ego stress, no
competition, and no concepts of separation and judgment. Instead of making judgments about the world, it marvels in a
its seven billion wonders! Its imagination and uninhibitedness transforms everything that is ordinary
everyday into something magnificent. The Pippifinn spaceship is a multi-dimensional play, learning and laughing place.
EVERY CHILD WANTS ROOTS AND WINGS.
It is not critics but role models that a child needs. If she/he is loved, she/he will love. And if she/he are helped to never
forget what is in her/his treasure chest, namely her/his imagination and his/her irrepressible will to create, she/he will
easily cope with all the difficulties that life brings. Because she/he learn to respond creatively to everything,
she/he learn about the roots of responsibility, and she/he can learn to live its wings of independence.
EVERY CHILD IS A MIRACULOUS OPPORTUNITY.
If a child’s imagination is compared and evaluated, it will be suppressed, limited and gradually
destroyed. Thus, it is also deprived of any chance for a fulfilled, responsible and loving life.
If, on the other hand, it is helped to experience the incomparable opportunity that it is itself and to understand and develop it as its own nature, then it will be able to live its own life.

EVERY CHILD IS A MASTER OF PLAY AND LEARNING.
There is a child in every human being: and it wants to play. Free, unintentional and creative play is one of the most profound
deepest human necessities. For the child it is very concrete, very first learning. Synonymous
with childhood, the triad of head, heart and senses is in no other activity so pure, and so helpful to
learning to be free so helpful. The Pippifinn spaceship offers him a thousand colors and tools for this!
EVERY CHILD LIVES IN THE MYSTERIOUS.
The eternal childlike in a person is the curious, open, not knowing and never ending loving-learning. It
makes up the actual living of life. Whoever is no longer a child is no longer really a human being.
The playful learning of the child can thus be seen as the continual revelation of the beauty of life
or as the expansion of love. This describes the engine of the Pippifinn spaceship.
EVERY CHILD IS A PHILOSOPHER.
It loves the truth! The aspiration of every true child companion is to help it to lift that treasure which it is itself and has brought into
life. The child is fundamentally optimistic, cheerful-questioning and playful-satisfied. If it is
is not criticized, compared and judged, but understood, respected and encouraged as the unique being that it is,
its creative power can even work wonders! True miracles! A child does not seek, it finds!
THERE IS NO STUPID CHILD, THERE ARE ONLY STUPID ADULTS.
The environment must adapt to the child, not vice versa! And the task of this environment, its
toys and possibilities, is not to shape the child, but to allow him to reveal himself! As
child, everyone is an artist. The art lies in remaining one as an adult. No matter whether I am an astronaut,
veterinarian, fire chief or artist. How is the key, not what!
During the development of the DROPINA I had the great fortune to meet Herbert Hammerer from Planen Hammerer in Rankweil, and so it happened that PIPPIFINN is now in the process of buying a small circus tent (which was designed and built by Herbert) for its first activities.
The long term goal is to have several stationary buildings for the center, but with the tent we want to start and travel the province to offer workshops in the first years.
But more about that when Erika Lutz, Marie Stempfel and Anna Blocher, my partners in this project, and I have formulated the basic concept and planned these first workshops. This is a very ambitious and complex project, we will need a lot of time for it. Lets stay tuned.
